The Nazarbayev Research Centre for Entrepreneurship hosted a Master Training for Women Entrepreneurs in Almaty from November 23-25.

From November 23rd to 25th, the Nazarbayev Research Centre for Entrepreneurship successfully hosted an enlightening Master Training program for Women Entrepreneurs in Almaty. The training aimed to empower enterprising women with a diverse set of skills encompassing finance, marketing, leadership, and more, all while fostering a mindset geared towards growth and sustainable business practices.

Key Objectives of the Program:
  • Discovering entrepreneurial potential
  • Understanding the indigenous WE-Plus Model and Effectuation Theory
  • Identifying, evaluating, and refining business opportunities
  • Creating socially, environmentally, and ethically sustainable value
  • Developing effective teams and mobilizing resources
  • Mastering entrepreneurial marketing and finance strategies

Training Methods: The program employed a rich mix of lectures, case studies, group discussions, exercises, games, and coaching sessions. It was led by experts such as Shumaila Yousafzai (@baobabhomeschoolchronicles), Dr. Shahid Qureshi, and Ambreen R. Khan (@ambreenrasheedkhan), ensuring a comprehensive and multifaceted learning experience.

Noteworthy Trainers: The program was further enriched by the contributions of esteemed trainers including Dr. Nurlykhan Aljanova, Alua Nurbayeva, Ekaterina Chegnova, Aigerim Tarbagatayeva, Assel Muratova, and Uldan Abdukalykova.

Impact of the Training: The training witnessed the participation of over 60 talented individuals, engaging in various exercises and lectures to sharpen their entrepreneurial skills. The inclusion of international speakers, Dr. Shahid Qureshi and Ambreen R. Khan, added significant value, with the program receiving high praise for its engaging content and networking opportunities.

The culmination of the event saw Turebekova Zhanar Meiramovna, Deputy Managing Director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Almaty, presenting certificates to the participants. The event was also documented through photographs, capturing the essence of this empowering program.
