From May 1 to 3, the training course “Abai’s Philosophy and Business Management” was held at Nazarbayev University in Astana
Research together with the Association of Business Trainers.
The program brought together small and medium-sized business owners and entrepreneurs with disabilities — all those who strive to develop not only their business, but also themselves as individuals.
The main idea of the course was the philosophy of “Tolyk Adam” — the concept of a holistic personality developed by Abai. Participants explored how a person’s inner qualities — mind, will, and heart — can become the basis for sustainable and meaningful entrepreneurship.
Each day was dedicated to a specific topic: Heart — discussed leadership based on values and empathy; Mind — talked about knowledge, strategic thinking, and innovation; Will — learned to turn ideas into real actions and solutions.
The program included interactive workshops, business simulations, case studies, and networking with mentors. Participants noted that the training provided not only tools for business development, but also an opportunity to look at entrepreneurship from a new angle — through the prism of personal growth, sustainability, and responsibility.
