Master training “Managing Business through Abai’s Philosophy” in Almaty.
July and August 2026.
How can an entrepreneur be successful in today’s world, when the rules of the game are changing every day? The answer is to conduct business based not only on modern management methods, but also on solid values. It is in this direction that the participants of the master training “Managing Business through Abai’s Philosophy” are mastering Abai’s ideas as a practical tool for developing leadership, making strategic decisions, and building a sustainable business.

The program combines Abai’s philosophy and the concept of the “Complete Person” with the best modern practices in the field of management, leadership, and sustainable development. For four days, participants will analyze real business cases, master ESG principles, develop strategic thinking skills, develop their own business models, and master practical tools that can be immediately applied in their entrepreneurial activities.

To date, entrepreneurs from Astana, Semey, Aktobe, Karaganda, East Kazakhstan regions, and Almaty regions have gathered within the framework of the project. Ahead of us is the final Russian-language lecture in Almaty from July 7 to 10, and the final Kazakh-language master training in Astana from August 10 to 13.

This project proves that Abai's philosophical legacy is not only an integral part of our national culture, but also a source of practical solutions for modern entrepreneurship. It inspires entrepreneurs to build strong, responsible, and competitive businesses.

Socially oriented program for teenagers:
"Tolyk Adam - Mind. Heart. Will"

August 2026
Over 40 teenagers aged 12-16 from across Kazakhstan spent five days discussing leadership, the future, responsibility, and their own potential through the philosophy of Abai and modern educational practices. Instead of traditional lectures, the students participated in team games, discussions, creative assignments, and workshops, exploring real-life situations, and learning to work together.

The program also focused on what a leader can be today: how to make decisions, maintain inner resilience, work in a team, understand the consequences of their actions, and still remain human. Over the course of five days, the students learned about career guidance, artificial intelligence and IT, public speaking, art therapy, and the mindset of a leader. They also learned about the Nazarbayev University campus and its research environment.

Each project participant received a special gift - a modern graphic edition of "Abai. Words of Edification" by Gaukhar Yusumbaeva, to introduce them to the philosophy of Abai.
